nevrStic™ can be used as long term lubrication for linkages, cables couplings, etc and for corrosion protection in electrical systems as well as an anti-seize on track bolts and wheel studs.

The product continues to perform as expected for an extended period of time. As such, the shelf life is set to be 2 years from the date of production; however, product will often dispense and perform as expected for considerably longer period.

Are nevrStic™ aerosol products flammable?

Unlike other well-known products in the market nevrStic is non-flammable.

A propellant is the stuff that helps pump nevrStic™ Multi-Use Product out of the can. The propellant used in cans of nevrStic™ Brand products is carbon dioxide (CO2). CO2 is an inert gas which helps empty the can. Plus, the addition of CO2 reduced the number of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in the product, a step toward respecting and conserving the environment.

1. LUBRICATES: The product's lubricating ingredients are widely dispersed and tenaciously held to all moving parts.

5. Prevents: Prevents build-up of Asphalt, Concrete and Ore on chutes, haul trucks, excavator buckets caused by extreme weather conditions of -10°c to 50°c.

nevrStic™ Multi-Use Product is safe to use on the following plastics and rubbers: neoprene/hard rubber, buna/nitrile, EPDM, HDPE, Viton, ABS Plastic and vinyl. In addition, it can be used safely on the following metals: copper with unpolished finish, magnesium, aluminium, steel with unpolished finish, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. Although nevrStic™ Multi-Use Product can be used on a variety of surfaces we recommend testing in an inconspicuous area before larger application.

nevrStic™ is a bio-green vegetable oil based, contains no silicon, mineral oil, acid, kerosene or diesel, where as other types of sprays are made using a kerosene or solvent base.

The National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) is an independent, non-profit making organisation. The NSF H1 standard is globally accepted as confirming the food grade lubricant is safe for use in applications where incidental food contact may occur.

H1 – Acceptable for use where there is incidental food contact.

H2 – Acceptable for use where there is no possibility of food contact.

H3 – Acceptable for use as a soluble oil

HT1 – Acceptable for use as a heat transfer fluid where this is possibility of incidental food contact

Yes, tests conducted prior to it’s release found that nevrStic™ is an effective cutting, milling, tapping and thread cutting lubricant for a variety of metals. It is especially effective on aluminium.
